Billing Cycle

Water PNG Ltd will issue bills to you for any amount payable every 30 days.

How to Pay your Water Bill 

You can pay your your water bill using the following payment methods;
  • Cash
  • Cheque
  • Eftpos
  • Billpay (*NEW*)

Pay Using Cash, Cheque &Eftpos

Go to your nearest Water PNG Business Centre Client service counters and pay your water bills with cash, cheque or eftpos.

Opening Hours

Our offices are open weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
However, on Government pay week Fridays, we open from from8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Lae branch opens for business on Saturday from8:00 amto12:00 noon.

Meter Reading

Water PNG will arrange for the reading of its meters on your premises each month. If for any reason your meter is not being read in any month, an estimation of your consumption will be made and based on your average consumption in the past.
