Mr. Toua is an experienced business executive with leadership, management and operational skills with a proven record strategic thinking and consistent achievement of desired business outcomes. He has also operated professionally in PNG, New Zealand, Fiji and Australia across a range of functions including Brand and Portfolio Marketing, Program/Project Management and Corporate and Regulatory Affairs.

Ms. Kini has over 20 years’ experience in the petroleum industry with broad experience in managing their social investments and national content portfolio. Ms. Kini holds a master’s degree in Social Science from Lincoln University in New Zealand, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication for Development

Ms. Wardley is a finance and governance specialist with over 25 years’ experience across a range of commercial and development enterprises, including finance, retail, agriculture, property and manufacturing. She is a chartered accountant registered with Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and PNG Certified Practising Accountants, a member of the PNG Institute of Directors, and a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors

Mr. Cholai is an engineer and a business entrepreneur. He is the Executive Director of Franklin Covey. He has over 20 years management experience in the private sector including Origin Energy and InterOil.
